Mr. Rajeev Dogra has 30 years of rich experience with Public Sector and Multinational Private Sector General Insurers. He joined National Insurance in 1989 as a Direct Recruit Officer and was instrumental in setting up new offices, Bancassurance Tie Ups, successful business rollouts and Profit Centre turnarounds. He was responsible for Sales, Underwriting, Claims, Marketing, Legal and Technical aspects of the business in multiple roles.
He moved to Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. in 2001 and did Business rollout for this start up in Property, Health, Travel, Motor and Miscellaneous segments. Apart from securing tie ups with Banks, Travel CRS and large partners in Motor and Health segments, he turned around a perpetually loss-making Region while efficiently settling multiple claims due to the then largest Fire incident in the country.
He is an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) Delhi, a Bachelor of Law (LL.B - Delhi University) and a Fellow member of The Insurance Institute of India (FIII).
Mr. Chandraprakash Jain is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 16+ years of versatile and diverse industry experience. He brings in a veritable track record of setting up key finance functions in Life, General and Health Insurance start ups. At Raheja QBE, he spearheads Finance & Accounts, Taxation, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Investment back office and Investments mid office operations. Prior to joining Raheja QBE, he had successful stints with Manipal Cigna Health Insurance, IDBI Federal Life Insurance & IFFCO Tokio General Insurance.
Mr Farzan Khansaheb, has 21 years of senior management experience in underwriting and business management roles. His prior two assignments were as SVP, Multinational, Reinsurance and Private Equity, M&A and a member of the Senior Executive Committee at Marsh and as India Representative at Liberty International Underwriters. He has done B. Com, MBA, and LLB.
Mr Abhijit Kedia is with the company from September 2008 and is responsible for technology. He has a BE (Computer) degree from Gujarat University and comes with over 19+ years of experience in General Insurance. He has been a part of three General Insurance startups earlier. He has a keen interest in new technology trends and is a follower of technology developments. He is avid swimmer and likes scuba diving. Abhijit was awarded IT Professional of the Year-2004 within Tokio Marine Asia.
Mr Rohit Ajgaonkar is a fellow from the Institute of Actuaries of India and a CFA Level II. He holds a BSc degree in Statistics from Mumbai University. He has 10 plus years of experience spread across Life Insurance, General Insurance and Insurance consulting. Prior to this assignment he was the Chief Actuary for Edelweiss General Insurance.
Mr. Siddharth Anand is a Sales & Marketing Leader with more than 25 years of experience across multiple sectors. He is a B.A (Economics) Honours from Delhi University and MBA (Marketing) from S. P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai.
From establishing & leading RQBE Delhi/NCR operation in 2011, with responsibility of business procurement & underwriting, he has been instrumental in spearheading the Corporate Commercial business vertical for last 5 years with record performance. In his previous assignments, as Affinity Practice Leader for Willis India & Personal Lines Manager in Tata AIG General Insurance Co Ltd., he has successfully practiced business management & underwriting roles in different capacities.

Mr. Arup Das has more than 30 years of experience in General Insurance managing claims. He has previously worked with Tata Marine Agencies and Wilson Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors (Lloyd’s agents), Tata AIG General Insurance Co. Ltd, SBI General Insurance Co. Ltd., Liberty General Insurance Co. Ltd.
He has managed claims of all lines of business and specialized into Marine and Speciality and Financial lines. During his He is a Science Graduate and Post Graduate in Business Management, Associate from Insurance Institute of India, has passed 1st level of Lloyd’s Cargo Surveying Proficiency and has done short term courses on Packaging, Cyber law and Forensic Investigation.
Company Secretary, Chief Compliance & Risk Officer
Mr. Jigar Shah is a qualified Company Secretary and holds graduate degrees in law and commerce from the University of Mumbai. He comes with 13+ years of diverse professional experience in insurance industry. Before coming on board with Raheja QBE, Jigar had successful stints in distinguished organizations such as Bharti AXA Life Insurance, Manipal Cigna Health Insurance and Reliance Life Insurance.
He is the Company Secretary, Chief Compliance & Risk Officer at Raheja QBE. Jigar has rich experience in setting up processes for establishing & strengthening compliance & corporate governance. He is responsible for supporting the Company’s overall compliance, corporate legal, risk, corporate secretarial and regulatory affairs. He ensures that people and the organization adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Mr. Shantanu Pathak has over 20 years of experience and has helmed various roles encompassing Sales, Underwriting, Investment, Operations and Technical aspects of the business including spearheading profit center roles. His expertise lies in establishing new business segments, governance, and risk management practice.
In his current role he is responsible for managing the investment portfolio as per the risk and return objectives set by the board and the investment committee of the company.
Shantanu holds a Postgraduate Management degree in Marketing & Finance and is a Bachelor of Law. He is also a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India. In love with nature, in leisure time he is an avid cyclist and yoga enthusiast.

has more than 17 years of experience in managing & leading a variety of roles in Human Resources. Ms. Palit has been instrumental in setting up people driven HR practices supporting business growth and had lead critical digital transformation & organization change management projects.
She has also played a crucial role in creating a sustainable & value based culture aligned to the delivery of organization's strategic objectives. Her forte lies in driving capability building of growing organizations and create a road map for employees for them to manoeuvre their path towards productivity & happiness.
