- Locate Raheja QBE cashless repair workshop from our website.
- Avail pick up and drop facility at select garages.
- Our claims manager will arrange for survey of your vehicle.
- Submit required documents.
- Repair approval will be given by surveyor as per policy terms and conditions.
- Our claims manager will connect with the garage for faster completion of repair work.
- Claims status updates will be shared via SMS during the life cycle of the claim.
- Our claims manager will confirm Raheja QBE liability based on invoice, and policy terms and conditions.
- We will send the delivery order to our network garage.
- You can take delivery of your vehicle from the garage or we can get your vehicle delivered at your home as per your convenience. You only need to pay the difference amount of invoice and delivery order.
- We will pay Raheja QBE liability amount to the network garage based on delivery order.
Important points for Claims Procedure:
- File an FIR at the nearest police station in case of property damage, bodily injury, death, theft partial or full and /or other major damages.
- If damage is a major one, the accident may be reported before the vehicle is removed from the spot so that the insurers can arrange for spot inspection of damage.
- In the event of injury, death, third party property damage, theft, damage due to malicious act, riot, strike and terrorist activity, immediate information to the police station concerned is essential.
For Reimbursement
- Take your vehicle to the nearest workshop of your choice.
- Our claims manager will arrange for the survey of your vehicle.
- Submit your required documents along with NEFT documents.
- Repair approval will be given by the surveyor as per policy’s terms and conditions.
- If the garage falls under our empanelment criteria, we will on-board the garage in to our network workshop list else we will process the claim on a non-cashless basis.
- Our claims manager will connect with the garage for faster completion of repair work.
- Claim status updates will be shared via SMS during the life cycle of claim.
- Post completion of repairs or work, you need to submit the invoice to our surveyor or claims manager, who has conducted a survey of your vehicle.
- Our claims manager will confirm Raheja QBE liability based on invoice and policy terms and conditions.
- Our claims manager will process the payment in your favour based on RQBE's liability.

Required documents
For Own Damage Claims:
- The policy copy as the proof of insurance.
- Copy of registration book (certificate), tax receipt (Please furnish original for verification, if required)
- Copy of motor driving License of the person driving the vehicle at the time of accident (Please furnish original for verification)
- Police Pachanama / FIR ( In case of third party property damage/death/body Injury)
- Repair bills, invoices and payment receipts after the job (repairing work) is complete.
- NEFT details of insured along with cancelled cheque/bank passbook.
NEFT Documents:
- Cancelled cheque showing name and IFSC code details.
- Bank statement or passbook copy.
- Photo identity proof.
- PAN card copy.
- Address proof.
- KYC documents as per AML/KYC rules.
- KYC documents compulsory if the claim amount is more than Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh).
For Theft Claims:
- Original policy document.
- Original registration book/certificate and tax payment receipt.
- All original sets of keys/service booklet/warranty card.
- Purchase invoice.
- Police Panchnama / FIR.
- Police final investigation report/ non traceable report.
- Acknowledged copy of letter addressed to RTO intimating theft and informing "NON-USE".
- Form 28, 29 and 30 signed by the insured and Form 35 signed by the financer as the case may be, undated and blank.
- Letter of subrogation.
- Letter of indemnity.
- Consent from you and your financier towards agreed value on claim settlement.
- NOC from the financier needs to be submitted if claim is to be settled in your favour.
